Change of Personal Details
For change of address, contact number and email address, you may update them online via i-Get In Touch portal through "My Profile".
For other personal details update, please complete the Request for Alteration in Personal Details Form and submit the form together with a certified true copy or original sighted copy of the relevant supporting documents through mail/email to:

What are the required supporting documents to update my personal details?
For update of Personal Details such as correction of name, identification number, date of birth, gender or change of citizenship, please submit a copy of the Birth Certificate/Identity Card/Passport/Citizenship Certificate duly certified true copy by a person of prominent standing such as a doctor, lawyer, magistrate, Agency Managers or Customer Service Officers of GETB, etc. If the name is entirely different from the original record, please submit official document evidencing the change of name from the relevant competent authority and your new identification document.

Automated Payment
It is simple, secure and convenient. By using Automated Payment, your contribution will automatically be deducted from your salary account.

BPA contribution deduction will be effective 2 months after application submission date. You are advised to follow the following submission timeline to enjoy your Takaful Certificate coverage:

For initial contribution deduction, the completed forms and documents must be submitted to Great Eastern Takaful Berhad within 1 month from the letter of acceptance date.
For renewal contribution deduction, the completed forms and documents must be submitted to Great Eastern Takaful Berhad 2 months before the next contribution due date. Otherwise, contribution payment for next contribution due date is required.

Internet Banking

JomPAY
You can pay your contribution online free of charge via the Current or Savings Account by following these simple steps:

Step 1	Logon to internet or Mobile Banking and look for JomPAY
Step 2	Enter 78899 in the Biller Code field for GREAT EASTERN TAKAFUL - GROUP
Step 3	Enter your 8-digit Certificate Number in "Ref-1" Example: T1234567/Y1234567
Step 4	Enter your Mobile Phone Number in "Ref-2"
Step 5	Enter your Contribution Amount
Step 6	Add Biller as "Favourite"

Note: Receipting of payment based on Certificate Number in Ref-1.
Example: If you hold 5 certificates for different Certificate Number and wish to make payment via JomPAY, you need to perform the JomPAY transaction 5 times respectively in order to insert the Certificate Number in Ref-1 column individually.
